No clue if this game uses Denuvo since nobody wants to admit that they’re using it anymore, but if so then the only way you’ll be able to play the game is to wait for a patch to fix it, or for the game to get cracked to remove Denuvo.

15/06/2018 · I installed Midhrastic Fallout 3 in my fallout 3 game folder. All I did then was go into my WINDOWSSYSTEM32 folder and copy the file dxgi.dll to the Fallout 3 directory and overwrite the one there and it worked perfectly. I checked and it also worked for Fallout New Vegas.

go to your steam folder, Fallout new vegas>redists>directx>DXsetup, run it and try running the game again. Different ENB’s force different effects into the game so make sure you read the fine print when downloading the ENB’s e.g. if it says you need HDR but you must disable antialiasing, do it or chances are your game will be utterly broken.
