It doesn’t seem to recognize that the FCO files are in the archives. I have the ESPs turned off as is requested by NVR3s installation instructions, but in game it’s a load of purple faces.

NMC texture pack for terrain. For NPCs, get Fallout New Vegas Redesigned 2. Do not get Redesigned 3 or Fallout Character Overhaul. Both despite having high res textures, are unrealistic as hell. The characters look more like Skyrim elves than humans.
